Cancellation policy

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an item that will be made by the manufacturer to your colours and specifications. We collect a 30% deposit upon placing the order. Your order is cancellable until it is committed for fulfilment with the manufacturer. We may store your payment method, then fulfil and charge the remaining payment at a future date. 
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order.
