How does in stock versus pre order work?

All items that can be added to your cart are in stock for either delivery or collection.

For agility equipment from DLDogs and Bing.Agility we regularly submit customer specific orders. Use the product pages to view the options and then send us a message via the 'Contact Us' page to place your order. We will come back to you with payment details and estimated order timings.

What are the delivery options?

For Hundlands products we aim to ship within 3-5 business days 

For DLD products we aim to ship products within 3-5 Business days

For Bing.Agility products the default option is collection from Active Dog Essentials HQ due to the size of the items. If you would like to request a shipping quote please contact us 

All products can be collected free of charge from Active Dog Essentials HQ at Great Bourton, Banbury or by arrangement from other UK agility shows that we are in attendance of. Please email activedogessentials@gmail.com for more information

There is a specific Hundlands size or product that is not in stock, can I order this through you?

Yes! We can order in specific Hundlands products at no extra cost. If there is a particular colour / size that we do not have in stock then just let us know via the 'Contact Us' page.
